Povzetek:

V diplomski nalogi je prikazan razvoj nosilne konstrukcije za prototipno športno vozilo Student roadster. Opravljena je bila študija predpisov ECE za potniški prostor in dimenzije človeka. Ustreznost mer je bila preverjena z izdelavo makete v merilu 1:1, ki je dalje služila za končno izdelavo virtualnega 3D-modela potniškega prostora. Obravnavani so različni tipi konstrukcij športnih vozil, materiali in tehnologije spajanja ter kriteriji dimenzioniranja. Z uporabo metode končnih elementov je bila izvedena geometrijska in dimenzijska optimizacija nosilne konstrukcije. Rezulati analize so bili primerjani s podatki o obstoječih športnih avtomobilih.

Abstract:

The thesis describes the development of the space-frame for the prototype vehicle Student roadster, according to ECE regulations and human dimensions. The dimensions have been checked with mock-up in natural scale, that served for making the virtual 3D model of the passenger compartment and for the mock-up in scale 1:5 of the complete vehicle design. Different designs, materials, joining technologies and dimensioning criteria are discussed. The design has been optimized according to the geometry and dimensions by applying the finite element method. The results of the analyses have been compared with other similar sports cars.
